With the permission of the body, mind and soul, through Transcendence Counseling we can learn to tune into the rich landscape of our dreams, visions, intuitions and perceived blockages to create clarity in our lives. Through this process we also learn about our inner selves more deeply so that we are better equipped to create balance for ourselves in all the different moments in life. This holistic approach centers its intentions on creating integrative care techniques within the body, mind and spirit, in order to create sustainable balance on all dimensions of our lives. Transcendence counseling seeks to empower folks in deepening their abilities to connect within in the moments they need it most, so that they can take their tools of self knowing and ability to transcend throughout their lives autonomously.

Engaging with frameworks like, Aizenstat’s Dream Tending, woven with Intuitive Technologies, Indigenous knowledge systems and creative play- Transcendence Counseling emerges as a system that brings blockages and confusion to light and supports folks in understanding how they can move forward and step into their journey with confidence.

Whether you are a young professional, trying to navigate in the world, an elder at the cusp of seeking new and deeper meaning for life, Transcendence Counseling is for EVERYONE. Believe it or not, as we move through life and things that bother us, block us, or even inspire us(and we don't know why)- Transcendence Counseling helps folks unearth the meaning-the why through gentle methods like storytelling, dream/imagination tending(talking about dreams) and two eared listening/witnessing so that they can curate salves, shifts and support in learning and transcending from these uncertainties- INTO confident self knowing.

Amazing! Seeking is the first step of this journey, because that means your heart is open. The framework for Transcendence Counseling is very simple.

FIRST: Set up a portal with me. A portal is a session, or a space and time within which we will journey together, talk about what is coming up for you or what kind of clarity you are looking for in your life.
​
SECOND: Bring a recent dream or dream fragment - or don't - and we will walk through it together and work with the landscape, images and information. From there we will bring what methods of (re)balancing feel right for you and fit into your life. One thing is for sure, and what is meant to come up in our portal/time together WILL.

THIRD: Get out there, THRIVE, find your balance, honor all that emerges in your life of learning and know you can always call back on me for more support! If you book multiple sessions, we will be able to connect you into creating multiple, lasting shifts- which is OPTIMUM. (p.s. there is a discount for packages, just sayin')

CEO and Founder of Transcendent Descendants, Mama, daughter to the GREAT P and G Banday, Interdisciplinary Artist, Community Psychologist Ph.D pursuant, Dreamer, Poet, Community Member, Sista Friend, Earth Mama lover , your Transcendence Counseling Creator AND Practitioner.
Transcendence Counseling is an extension of the full, deep, breath of gifts I have to offer my community. From my studies along this road of life, I have been able to develop my own framework for resilience, self knowing and rebalancing -which I have been privileged to support my family, friends, fellow unschooling families and future friends with. This incredible methodology for LIBERATION and JOY is an expression of my own dream for all of us manifest our fully realized lives! I am excited to share this with the YOU. Let's rise.
Can kids experience Transcendence Counseling?
Yes! Our approach to supporting young ones in this type of exploration is largely through art. We love hosting groups and classes where we gently explore the imaginal space together by painting, crafting, creative writing or even through music and dance! Whether you are a homeschooling group or family wanting to jump into imaginative play together- reach out to us for details!
Group Weaving
We love working with groups of folks and deeply believe in the impact community can make on this process. We call this a group weaving- where we interweave our intentions for collective/individual liberation(s). For group weavings, we bring in eight or more folks and connect our dreams to discover the collective capacities of our dreams, support and witness for one another with love and vision the infinite possibilities that this life has to offer TOGETHER.

What is Dream Work and Dream Tending?
Indigenous Cultures across the planet have tuned into their dreams for millennia. Dreaming has always been a genius and essential tool for decision making, healing and serves as a supportive mechanism for humanity to come into a deeper sense of self awareness.
Dr.Stephen Aizenstat, the creator of “Dream Tending and the Dream Paradigm” says :
When you “tend”a dream, you activate the deep imagination. Your mind opens and you become more attuned to our common human and planetary journey as you discern or recognize your place in it. You are able to overcome obsessions, compulsions, and addictions, bring new warmth and energy to your relationships, take your career to a new level, and participate in a life more vibrant, alive, and aligned with your soul’s purpose.
