I bet you're wondering what it's all about. What is Transcendent Descendants and what services does it offer me? 

 

We look at Transcendent Descendants an education center (with wings) where we provide opportunities for our community to engage in comprehensive information on mindful travel through traditional practices of exchange, documentation on traveled experiences through our specific network-which we call The Global Village, and Whole Self Learning tools. With the flexibility of our online platform, our community can engage with the desired content anywhere... literally.

 

Though we provide services and opportunities for all families- our focus is to make these memberships and experiences accessible to Diasporic Indigenous families. It is our passion to uplift our community and the next generation to be fearless learners on the global scale. Being able to travel, experience the genius of other BIPOC communities, share about yourself,  and connect in to a world wide support system- is a life altering experience that helps to dissipate the stereotypes, the racism, the negative narrative that colonization has engrained in us about each other and ourselves.  Typically, this type of travel is considered a "retreat", in it's immersive nature. However, we call these opportunities "arrivals" to echo the idea that we are not running away or leaving life behind to steal our  sense of peace. We are learning how to integrate these Float Skool  practices and offerings into our lives and uplifting our WHOLE selves in doing so- peace comes with float.

Through our Float Skool , families can engage in a once in a lifetime travel opportunity within our Global Village- which is travel/exchange with the intent to:

• Engage with and support the local Indigenous communities without the intent to commodify or appropriate

• Learn, first hand about their culture, values and expressions

• Practice and preserve Indigenous exchange, centered around precolonial protocols

• Have the opportunity to stay in a location and engage in Whole Self Care/Education in order to inform personal and communal health and lifestyle

• Exercise artistic and expression based communicative practices that will deepen your journey, family bond and connection with our Global Village. This is an opportunity that we engage in called The Orb (a witnessing space of non judgement, peace and play).

• Learn, share and be empowered by reconnecting with the Earth by taking part in unique sustainability and regenerative experiences in a given location that can inform individual and communal  lifestyle going forward

• Lean into joy...

 

Whole Self Education: Float Skool

Through our online platform (patreon) Float Skool provides the Global Village with exposures/educational opportunities on a weekly basis along the lines of culture, expression, liberation,  and so much more rooted deeply in whole self learning through play.

All of our programs and offerings are reviewed and approved by our unique band of experts, who are family elders, professionals and activists/ advocates in their own realms.
